Modifications at: instead of full push ups i did it with someone one holding my legs and instead of double unders i had to do singles.
Warmup: 20 sec jump rope/ 10 sec rest x 4 rounds
Athlete's Notes: I feel that I could have done better and I want to work on my pull ups
